Rosenberg Daily Soundbites

  • European stock markets are rebounding so far this morning; there is some much-needed relief in the peripheral government bond markets; only gold has been exhibiting a trend-line that moves in the same direction with near-consistency
  • A nice NAHB bounce: The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) housing market index improved nicely to 15 in July
  • Where’s the buyers’ strike? Net long-term global buying of U.S. assets came to a solid $23.6 billion in May
